Marathon Dam

The water dam on the Charadros River, rebuilt in 1926-1929. As a result of partitioning the river, a retention reservoir was created, whose main task was to supply water to nearby residents. The dam is 285 m long and slightly bent. You can walk on her crown. The dam was built as a symbol of the new Greek state and won at the Marathon.
