Plaka Forest
Local name: Πλάκα δάσος
Pine forest in which a herd of wild peacocks lives. According to tradition, these birds were brought to Kos by Alexander of Macedon. Currently, once again wild are the attraction of the area. The forest has a pleasant microclimate enriched by floating in the air of essential oils.
