Archaeological Museum of Abdera

The museum presents monuments found during excavations in the ancient city of Avdira. They come from the period from the seventh century BC to the twelfth century AD. The exhibition is thematically organized and presents various aspects of city life. In each part there is a chronological cross-section through subsequent eras, thanks to which it is easier to observe the changes taking place.
