Botanical Garden Kassel

The municipal botanical garden is located in the Schönfeld Park. It was founded in 1912 as a school garden, but in 1982 it was transformed into a public green area. Current plantings include a rose garden, a garden of medicinal herbs and perennials, as well as cacti and succulents, of which there are more than 300 here.
