Benedictine abbey founded in the second half of the 11th century. Is a flagship example of Romanesque architecture from the Hohenstaufen era. The building consists of adjoining geometric solids, which is characteristic of the style in which it was created. The whole building is very rough. The interior is enlivened only by contemporary polychromes. A monastery with a courtyard surrounded by cloisters adjoins the church.
