Obertor Tower

Dated to the thirteenth century, the gate was an important part of the city's fortifications, which after the fire of the city were absorbed into the buildings of tenements and commercial premises. The impressive tower, preserved until today, is much younger than the rest of the structure - it was built in 1689.
