Museum Folkwang

One of the most important contemporary art museums in Germany. Founded at the turn of the century, it presents mainly works of such world-famous masters as van Gogh, Cézanne, Gauguin, Braque, Renoir, Monet, Munch, Turner, Picasso, Warhol, Pollock, Dali and Baselitz. It also has a huge collection of photographs that document the development of this field since 1920.
