Old Pumping Station

In the former pump station, where impurities were pumped from 1914 to 1994, from all of Bremen there is now a museum. At exhibitions you can learn about the history of sewage system, how to dispose of waste in old cities, the development of hygiene, as well as see original equipment from the early twentieth century.
