The town hall, entered on the UNESCO list, is one of the most important late Gothic monuments in Europe. It was built in the early fifteenth century, and less than a century later received a new facade in the style of the Weser Renaissance. It was modeled on the buildings of Dutch cities. Inside you can see representative rooms and a restaurant with a collection of German wines, the oldest of which date from the seventeenth century.
