SAINT-QUENTINFrance
Basilica of Saint-Quentin
Local name: Basilique de Saint-Quentin
The Gothic basilica from the 12th century is known for the relics of St. Quintinus (owned by Quintinus), a martyr and saint from the 3rd century AD, whose cult was widespread in the Middle Ages. The imposing building with dimensions of 123 x 52 m, despite many damages, has retained the original 13th-century stained glass windows.
