Sillon Beach

Sillon Beach in Saint-Malo is considered one of the most beautiful in France. It is 3 km long and is covered with soft white sand that contrasts beautifully with the color of the water. There are toilets and beach and water equipment rentals. Here you can swim, sunbathe and practice various water sports, including windsurfing. In summer, safety is guarded by a team of rescuers.

Sillon Beach was built between 1883 and 1913 on an old sand spit that ran as far as the city walls. Currently, the beach is surrounded by a breakwater, and a promenade runs along it, with benches and stands with snacks and souvenirs.
