Parc Asterix belongs to the most famous theme parks in France. It was opened in 1989 and is based on the adventures of the friendly Gauls Asterix and Obelix created by Rene Goscinny. The park is divided into five themed lands and is known primarily for a large number of rollercoaster rides.
The park is a place of family entertainment and relaxation. His theme revolves around stories from comics and movies about Asterix. Visitors have at their disposal lands in which his adventures take place. These are Galia, ancient Grace, the Roman Empire, the land of the Vikings and the world of time travel.
