The Museum of the Army Medical Corps presents how medical services changed during the period from the French Revolution to modern times. The museum is located in the former monastery complex of Val-de-Grâce. The exhibitions include paintings showing the work of doctors, reconstruction of offices and anatomical collections.

The museum was founded in the nineteenth century. Documents the changes taking place in the approach to military medicine and its techniques. The first part of the exhibition mainly consists of the work of Jean-Dominique Benderly, who portrayed the work of military doctors during World War I. The appearance of the medical school hall is also reproduced here during anatomy lessons. At the exhibition you can see the equipment of former military ambulances. Doctors' aprons and the equipment they used.

The second part of the exhibition focuses on the development of medicine and research conducted by military doctors. Of the nineteenth century marked a huge leap of knowledge about man, as well as ways of his treatment. The last group of exhibits refers to the significance that military medicine played in society.
