Church of St. Joan of Arc

Erected in 1934, the temple aroused numerous controversies from the beginning - the building inspired by the Art Deco style is maliciously called "meringue". The building was built in the then innovative reinforced concrete technique. Its domes have extremely thin walls - at the top, their thickness is only 8 cm.
