Font-de-Gaume Cave

The most important cluster of Magdalenian culture testimonies and artifacts is a real gallery of prehistoric art: on the walls of the cave there are more than 800 engravings and rock paintings from the period of 14-10 thousand. lat. Discovered in 1901, the cave is a 125 m long corridor 2-3 m wide and up to 8 m high.
