Statue of Our Lady of France

Monumental sculpture of the Mother of God with the Child standing on the hill above Le Puy. Built in the mid-nineteenth century. It was made of cast iron obtained from melted weapons and guns captured near Sevastopol. From the observation deck at the figure there is a wonderful panorama of the area.
