Inter-Islands Cruises

Tourist cruises from the port in La Rochelle usually take place on the route to Fort Boyard (a fortress from the mid-nineteenth century became famous thanks to a television show filmed here) or to the small island of Île d'Aix with nice beaches and historic fortifications. During the summer months, there are also cruises to Île d'Oleron - the largest French island after Corsica.
