Place du Palais

The most famous and largest square in the city is adjacent to the Palais des Papes, a papal residence from the 14th century. It has the historic Rocher des Doms park and the 17th-century Hôtel des Monnaies. All three have been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
