Fountain of the Neuf-Canons
Local name: Fontaine des Neuf-Canons
Located inside:
Cours Mirabea
A baroque fountain built at the end of the 17th century on one of the city's main squares. It consists of two bowls placed above a shallow pool with a polygonal shape. The small height of the fountain is caused by the fact that at the beginning it served as a drinking trough for flocks of sheep driven by Aix to summer pastures.
