The Oulu Market Hall is located on the edge of the city's main square. It was built in 1901 in a neo-Gothic style according to the design of architects Karl Lindahl and Valter Thome. Originally there were 62 stalls, but in 2019 it was expanded.
Currently, the market hall in Oulu houses stalls with vegetables, fruit, bread, meat and fish. You can also buy handicrafts, works of art and clothes here.
