The complex of historical buildings includes the two largest Egyptian pyramids (Cheops and Chefren), the slightly smaller Mykerios pyramid and a dozen or so objects adjacent to them. Among them are Sphinx, mastabs and stone tombs. The whole has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
