The temple was built in the VII century BC. It was one of the last temples in honor of the goddess Isis. A passage leading between two 18-meter pylons leads to its interior. They are decorated with reliefs depicting Ptolemy XII killing his enemies. Next to the main building there is a well-preserved pavilion with a portico with 14 columns.
