Adrspach-Teplice Rocks is a mountain massif located in the central part of the Sudetes, known for the unusual forms of hewn sandstone called rock cities. Tourists following one of the routes marked out here can admire the Teplice Rock Town with 100-meter towers and Adrspach Rock Town with the famous Sugarloaf Mountain. The castle ruins are also an unusual attraction of this region.
It is worth choosing the trail passing by the remains of Adrszpach or Strzemen castles. When visiting Strzmen, you can enter the lookout tower, from which there is a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
Adrszpaskie rocks contain charming lakes and two waterfalls - Mały and Wielki on the Metuji River flowing through here. Teplice rock formations offer many interesting climbing spots. While hiking, tourists will certainly see colorful helmets of daredevils overcoming vertical walls.
