Europapark
Local name: Europapark
The park is one of the largest in the country. It houses a series of gardens, including a rose garden and a collection of dahlias. There is a modern playground here, divided into areas for children from 1 to 6 years old and from 6 to 14 years old. A water and sand play area, slides and climbing sites were built there.
There is a drinking fountain, café and toilets next to the playground. For sports enthusiasts there is a skatepark with an area of 5,000 m2 and volleyball and basketball courts. Among the spacious green alleys there is a picturesque pond where you can often find ducks and swans.
There are also partially covered checkerboard tables and a series of stone sculptures from the international sculpture symposia organized in 1968, 1969 and 1995. You can see works by, among others, Leo Kornbrust, Karl Prantl and Wu Shaoxiang.
