The zoo was established in 1937 and currently has approximately 3,000 animals on 15 hectares. The most popular specimens are gray wolves, bison, otters and bears. You can also admire many species of birds, fish, reptiles and amphibians. Additional attractions include an aviary built in 2016 and a vivarium.
