The Connor Pass is one of the highest mountain passes in Ireland, running 456 meters above sea level. A winding, single-lane asphalt road leads over sharp cliffs and past tall Corrie lakes. This route, not recommended for bad weather, is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Ireland. The bicycle ramp to the pass is, in turn, considered to be one of the most difficult in the whole country.
The Connor Pass connects the town of Dingle, on the southwestern tip of the Dingle Peninsula, with Brandon Bay and Castlegregory to the northeast.
