Plaza del mercado Aligre Beauvau

Nombre local: Marché d'Aligre Beauvau

The Beauvau Market, also called Aligre for its location, is located between the Bastille and Nation squares. It consists of two parts. In the 19th century market halls, food products are sold, while antiques, antiques, books and music CDs are also traded in the surrounding streets.

The market has been operating since the 19th century. The stands are open 6 days a week. Food stands are located in three exhibition halls, where you can still admire the 19th century steel structures. Here you can buy vegetables and fruits, as well as meat, fish and seafood, cheese, spices, herbs, bread and much more. A large proportion of the sellers are certified organic. There are also a lot of vegetarian and vegan stalls.

Outside the halls, in their immediate vicinity, you can find food stands. The farther from the center of the market, the more merchants of antiques, paintings, knick-knacks and books there are.
