Jardín Botánico del Palacio Episcopal

The history of the botanical garden dates back to the 18th century, but it owes its present appearance to a mid-20th century reconstruction. It was built on a series of terraces overlooking the River Vienne. There are over 1,200 plants in it, grouped, among others, by for medicinal, aromatic or fodder species.
