In 2005, the family home of François Mitterrand (1916-1996), where the future president of France spent the first 15 years of his life, became a museum. The interiors have been restored to their appearance from the beginning of the 20th century, and Mitterrand's documents, manuscripts and personal belongings have been exhibited.
