Chateau de Beaucaire

A partially ruined castle which was an important fortress during the battles with the Cathars in the Middle Ages. A triangular tower, a large part of the defensive walls and residential buildings have been preserved. You can visit a small Romanesque chapel and a private museum dedicated to the culture of the region.
