El museo vikingo

The museum is devoted to the history and culture of the Vikings, with particular emphasis on the history of the city in the Middle Ages. It is located in the place where archaeological research was carried out in the 1960s, during which the remains of houses, fences and wells dating back to the 10th century were discovered.

Modern exhibitions are located below street level. Among the collections you can see, among others collections of ceramics, weapons and everyday objects. The museum can be visited independently or with a guide.
