Zoológico de Aalborg

The zoo was founded in 1930. Currently, more than 1,500 animals belonging to 126 species live there. They include elephants, lions, tigers, lynxes, zebras, bears, tapirs, and a dozen species of monkeys and rodents. Here you can see ostriches, flamingos, penguins and colorful parrots. The terrarium is home to snakes, crocodiles and alligators.

The zoo can be visited independently or with a guide. At certain times, there are talks and shows for children, where they can learn in a fun and entertaining way about the different species and their habits.
