The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse in Glasgow is a 19th-century lighthouse that offers tourists the opportunity to enjoy the city panorama from the observation deck. The building is an example of Art Nouveau architecture, has been entered into the register of British monuments. There is an exhibition dedicated to the work of Scottish architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh, who was one of the authors of the lighthouse design. It is also the seat of the National Center for Architecture and Design.
