Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria is a holiday resort on the Atlantic Ocean. It has a warm climate with temperatures even in winter reaching 25 degrees.
The village is situated on a rocky coast surrounding a sandy beach. The hotels are terraced on the rocks, creating an amphitheater surrounding the Puerto Rico beach, the town's biggest attraction. It is very well organized, with both a seating area, as well as volleyball courts, bars and water equipment rentals.
There is a promenade by the beach that leads to places where you can relax on the coastal rocks. The town is fully focused on servicing tourist traffic. Due to the good climate, it lasts all year round and even in winter tourists can enjoy the sun and the possibility of relaxing by the sea.
