Pamplona Cathedral

Local name: Catedral de Santa María

The Gothic church was built in the 15th century on the site of an older temple. The neoclassical facade with a Gothic cloister from the 13th-14th century is noteworthy. Inside there is, among others the carved tomb of Charles III of Navarre and the image of the Royal Virgin Mary, a Romanesque silver-plated wood sculpture.
