The Cac Malaga Center of Contemporary Art presents a rich collection of works of art from the 20th and 21st centuries. You can see the works of such artists as Olafur Eliasson, Damien Hirst, Thomas Hirschhorn, Thomas Ruff Julian Opie or Thomas Struth. The museum's mission is to promote contemporary art as well as create space for reflection and reflection.
Permanent and temporary exhibitions are organized in an unobtrusive style that allows to preserve space and freedom. Numerous conferences, seminars, workshops and other cultural events are organized on the premises.
The museum is housed in a former historic warehouse, thanks to which it has an exhibition space of approximately six thousand square meters. The building was built in 1927 according to the design of Luis Gutiérrez Soto. The opening of the innovative facility adapted to museum needs took place in 2003.
