Panteón de Quijano

This landscapes park got its name in memory of Trinitario González de Quijano - the governor of the city and the hero of the humanitarian action during the cholera epidemic in the 19th century. There is a monument dedicated to the governor, gardens, two artificial ponds, and the "Romantic Grotto".
