Čičava Castle

The 13th-century castle was built on a hill, 205 m above sea level, in the past it was a central defensive structure for 60 local municipalities. The building was destroyed in 1711 during the Rakoczy uprising and was never rebuilt. Currently, it is in a preserved state, which is open to the public.
