Đurđevi Stupovi Monastery

The Serbian Orthodox monastery dates from the 12th century. Its architecture clearly shows a mixture of Romanesque and Byzantine styles. The complex includes a church, a refectory, an entrance tower transformed into a chapel and water tanks. The whole has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
