Museum of the Sea - King D. Carlos

A small but fascinating maritime museum showing the links between Cascais and trade, fisheries and geographical discoveries. Modern exhibitions located here include models of ships, items extracted from shipwrecks from the Portuguese coast and the Tagus estuary, maps, equipment of ships and fishing boats, as well as photographs and paintings on marine theme.
