Souto Street

The most important street of Braga. It is located between Central Avenue and the arch of Porta Nuova. From the Middle Ages, Rua do Souto was the city's axis along which its most important buildings were located. There are, among others, the cathedral, the Bishop's Palace and the Church of Mercy. The street is filled with shops, restaurants and cafes.
