Lookout at the highest peak of the Polish part of Cieszyn Silesia and Polish Upper Silesia. Barania Góra is 1220 m above sea level and is the second largest peak in the Silesian Beskid. From the viewing terrace erected at 15.25 m high you can admire, among others, the Beskid Śląskie landscape, the Beskid Żywieckie, the Beskid Maly, the Little Fatara and the panorama of three states: Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. With good visibility you can see the Tatras. The tower is public.
It is important that the number of visitors using the observation tower does not exceed twenty people. Although the building is equipped with lightning protection, it is forbidden to stay at its peak or at lower levels during a storm. The administrator of the tower is the Upper Silesian Branch of PTTK in Katowice.
