Albrecht Homestead Museum

Local name: Muzealna Zagroda Albrechta

Albrecht's Museum Zagroda nr 8 belongs to the Museum of Folk Culture of Pomerania in Słów, which in turn is a branch of the Museum of Central Pomerania in Słupsk. Zagroda is a farm from the first half of the 19th century belonging to a wealthy Pomeranian peasant. It consists of six historic buildings. The museum also conducts educational activities.

The farm was founded in the first half of the 19th century. At first it belonged to Joachim Albrecht I, then to Michael Albrecht, and at the beginning of the 20th century to August Albrecht. There were then six buildings: a house, a building with a basement, a shed for wood, a barn with a stable, a house for day workers with a barn, and a gatehouse.

The next owners were Gerhard Albrecht. Buildings for workers were separated. In the 20th century, the facilities were renovated. There is a commemorative mark on the beam left after this event: "BHGA1924 BMCZ", i.e. the investor Gerhard Albrecht, 1924, foreman CZ The museum was established here in 2005.
