Old Olive Tree

The olive growing in the city of Bar is the oldest known tree of this species in the world - its age is estimated at 2000 years. The trunk of the tree is partly destroyed by fire, which - according to local administration - was to be invited by men who played cards in the shade of olives. Another version says that the tree caught fire from a lightning strike.
