The castle was built in 1856-1860 for the Austrian Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian and his wife. The castle has a vast cliff and coastal park with an area of 22 hectares. Inside you can admire the rooms in the Turkish and German style, furniture and items belonging to the prince.
