Abbadia di Fiastra Nature Reserve

The nature reserve was founded in 1984 and covers 4448 acres of land surrounding the Cistercian abbey. The mission of the nature reserve is to protect the areas, support scientific research and ecological education. In the park, next to the monastery, there is also the Agricultural Museum, the Wine Museum and the Archaeological Collection.
