Convent of San Francesco

The history of the construction of the church and monastery dates back to the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries, but you can also find the remains of pagan temples and ancient settlements here. The complex has been rebuilt several times over the centuries and nowadays, elements of the Baroque and Gothic styles are in the lead.
