Tower of Federico II

A tower standing on a hill, which is a remnant of San Miniato's defense system. It was built in 1220 at the behest of Frederick II, from whom it took its name. Currently, on the hill there is a copy of the original building that was destroyed during World War II. Its top offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
