Paneveggio - Pale di San Martino Nature Park

A landscape park located in the eastern part of the Dolomites and including the UNESCO-protected Pale di San Martino chain.

It is characterized by monumantic, very diverse terrain with numerous rocks of fanciful shapes, bare crags and deep glacial valleys. The lower parts of the mountains are covered with dense spruce forests, in which they live, among others deer or brown bears.

The park is accessible via a network of walking trails. It is also a popular place among climbers, and many steps lead climbing routes.
