Archaeological Site of Paestum

It is one of the most important archaeological parks in Europe, in 1998 entered into the UNESCO World Heritage List. Part of the defensive wall, as well as the Doric temples of Hera and Athena, have been preserved from the Greek city founded in the 7th century BC.
